Surya is a seasoned analytics professional with extensive experience in marketing and sales strategy and analytics. His 10+ years of experience spans across a wide set of industries and analytics domains.
Surya joined MMA from Novartis Pharmaceuticals where he was Associate Director, Strategic Insights & Analytics, responsible for leading new commercial channels and promotion mix analytics for specialized brands. He also helped Novartis Pharma in setting up appropriate KPIs for measuring HCP and consumer focused digital initiatives and developing the analytical plan for evaluation of such strategies. His work at Novartis was recognized by multiple performance awards including annual Business Excellence Award. Such recognition for his analytical skills and ability to provide solutions for complex business questions has been consistent throughout his career.
Prior to Novartis Surya’s earlier was with Merkle where he led the analytical engagement for one of Merkle’s largest accounts. His experience also includes in various analytical roles at FedEx and National Grid.
Surya holds an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from India and MBA in Finance and Operation from University of Arizona.
