Bill Helmke
VP Development & IT
Bill brings expertise and experience to Ipsos MMA and has been involved in software development, data and infrastructure for over 30 years.
He has years of experience designing and delivering enterprise solutions covering such areas as the integration of large data, data visualization, reporting, analysis of data, forecasting and optimization.
Through his 25+ year career at Ipsos MMA he has held key roles in Software, Infrastructure and Data. He helped to design and develop the data platform still utilized by MMA today and has spent his last 4 years focusing on our transition to cloud based infrastructure and a role managing US based data operations. Bill joined Ipsos MMA in May of 2000 as a result of the Applied Information for Marketing, Inc. acquisition, where he was responsible for all of the software development activities and functions, designing and building both web and Windows based solutions for pricing and trade promotion simulation as well as trade promotion and sales planning tools for the CPG industry.
Prior to joining AIM, Bill spent 5 years as a Software Engineer at Software Security (a division of Rainbow Technologies/SafeNet) in Darien, CT, supporting SSI’s software copy protection devices and encryption libraries.
Bill has an M.S. in Computer Science from Iona College and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
