Shubham Lahoti

Shubham has a wide range of experience in applying analytics to problem solving with a focus on resource optimization and predictive modeling. He has successfully led complex and innovative engagements helping top pharma clients in the field of marketing-mix, budget planning, sales force optimization, segmentation, and targeting.

Shubham is recognized as a thought leader in the pharmaceutical industry and has developed state-of-the-art measurement and optimization techniques. He has presented his studies and analysis at the PMSA US and Europe annual conferences and is published in JPMSA.

Before joining Ipsos MMA, Shubham worked at Axtria Inc for almost nine years. There he managed multiple and escalating roles in driving the growth of the company. He was responsible for methodology development, process standardization, and people development as well as client management and successful project execution. Prior to joining Axtria, Shubham worked in Deloitte’s Risk Analytics practice and at Qwest Software.

Shubham has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay.
