Susan Metz
VP Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Susan leads the global people function for MMA. A true generalist, Susan has a wealth of experience managing all facets of HR, but her passion is growing and developing people.
Since joining the team in 2022, her focus has been on designing initiatives that drive employee engagement as well as the professional development of our talented workforce. In concert with senior leadership, and understanding the value of cultivating a diverse workforce, special emphasis has been placed on women’s leadership development.
Prior to MMA, Susan held a variety of strategic leadership roles in the tech, market research and manufacturing industries, including Information Resources Inc. (IRI) , the leading provider of big data, predictive analytics and insights for consumer-packaged goods companies where she both supported client facing customer solutions and analytic teams, and also led US Talent Management and global high potential programs.
Susan holds a Master of Human Resource Management degree from Rutgers School of Management and Labor Relations.
