For more than 20 years, Amy has been recruiting and staffing high performing teams, specializing in the Analytics, Digital Media, Manufacturing and Retail spaces. She partners with her teams to develop executable strategies for attracting and securing best in class, high performing talent.
She serves as a strategic business partner to senior management with demonstrated experience in all facets of Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining MMA, Amy was Director of Talent Acquisition at Information Resources Inc. (IRI), the leading provider of big data, predictive analytics and insights for consumer-packaged goods companies. She successfully built a results-driven team, dedicated to finding world class talent that enabled strong business results.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The Ohio State University and is an active member of the Network of Executive Women. Amy resides in Cincinnati, OH with her husband, two children and Yellow Lab.
