With over 35 years of experience in creating value for organizations, Pat brings extensive team building, managerial, analytics, consulting and recognized leadership expertise to Ipsos MMA through his executive experience at leading companies, including leadership roles at Accenture, IRI and MMA.
Pat joined MMA as CEO in late 2010 when he acquired controlling interests in the company. Since then he has led Ipsos MMA’s transformation growing the company by over 400% while producing record operating profits. In his tenure at Ipsos MMA the company has led the industry in developing, implementing and creating measurable value through the deployment of unified marketing, digital and commercial solutions that enable Ipsos MMA’s clients to maximize the investment of their marketing, sales and operational spends.
Prior to Ipsos MMA, as President of Analytics at IRI he led the transformation of their analytic practice, producing double-digit revenue and operating profits each year. Before IRI he served as Managing Director, Partner of Accenture’s North American Marketing Sciences Service Line where he also drove double digit and record growth in revenue and operating profits each year of his tenure.
Pat is experienced in identifying and unifying elite talent that can work together to create unprecedented internal and external value. That experience includes leadership roles in start-ups and traditional companies.
He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame.
